RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in sufficient packaging with your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
